PTPTN Launches Jom Bayar PTPTN Campaign in Conjunction with Hari Mesra Pelanggan

The National Higher Education Fund Corporation has organized Hari Mesra Pelanggan at all PTPTN State Offices and Branches nationwide. The launching ceremony was officiated by YBrs. Mr. Ahmad Dasuki Abdul Majid, Chief Executive Officer of PTPTN, held at Menara PTPTN, Kuala Lumpur. Also present were Ms. Mastura Mohd Khalid, Chief Operating Officer of PTPTN, Mr. Azhar bin Ahmad, Chief Financial Officer of PTPTN, and the PTPTN Management.

PTPTN continuously strives to find the best solutions through a more friendly approach, encouraging borrowers to come forward and negotiate with PTPTN, thereby ensuring a continual increase in loan repayment collections. In line with PTPTN's commitment to encourage loan repayments among borrowers and to enhance service quality, Hari Mesra Pelanggan PTPTN is simultaneously implemented at all PTPTN State Offices and Branches nationwide starting from December 12 until December 31, 2023.

In conjunction with Hari Mesra Pelanggan, PTPTN also launched Jom Bayar PTPTN Campaign which is the first-ever campaign held by offering various special offers to PTPTN borrowers, such as:

1. Provision of incentives with a discount on PTPTN loan repayments of up to 15%;
2. Borrowers with arrears can make a minimum initial payment of only RM300 to restructure their loans;
3. Jom Bayar PTPTN lucky draw offers a substantial cash prize of RM70,000 to 140 winners. The promotional period for this draw began on December 1st and will continue until December 31, 2023.
4. Exclusive PTPTN souvenirs.

PTPTN Discount Incentives 

Borrowers will soon enjoy insentif discount on PTPTN loan repayments of up to 15% comprising the following three (3) categories:  

• A 10% discount on the outstanding balance for full loan settlements;
• A 10% discount on payments of at least 50 percent of the outstanding balance in a single payment; and
• A 15%discount for payments through salary deductions or scheduled direct debits.

Loan Restructuring

For borrowers who have outstanding PTPTN loan arrears, they only need to make an advance payment of at least RM300 for the arrears and can apply for loan restructuring, subject to other stipulated conditions.

Jom Bayar PTPTN Draw

For borrowers who make loan repayments during the campaign period, there is also an opportunity to participate in the 'Jom Bayar PTPTN' Draw, with the chance to win prizes of considerable total value worth RM70,000 for 140 winners in the form of Simpan SSPN Prime accounts. The promotional period for this draw starts on December 1st to December 31st, 2023.Each state offers ten (10) attractive prizes to the winners of the campaign as follows:
