Simpan SSPN Plus Via Salary Deduction
- The deposit saving method through salary deduction has been introduced since The National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN-i Plus) was launched in 2014. Currently, SSPN-i Plus is now known as Simpan SSPN Plus which still retains the various benefits and privileges offered before.
- This salary deduction is offered to both public servants and private sector employees.
- For Simpan SSPN Plus, the salary deductions should follow the selected package amount. Applicants are advised to make an additional deposit for the next month (advance payment) to avoid arrears in the event of a salary deduction.
- The salary deduction is subject to the employer's approval. If the employer does not agree to make the salary deduction, the applicant must use another method to make monthly payments.
- The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the salary deduction is made by the employer.
- The salary deduction will be credited based on the date the money is deposited into the PTPTN account or the date of the cheque is cashed, and not the date the salary deduction is processed by the employer.
- If the amount of salary deduction is less or greater than the amount of deduction received by PTPTN, the balance will automatically be credited to the account of the beneficiary according to priority.
- Any changes in the amount of salary deductions (increase/ reduction/ termination) and distribution of new salary deduction amounts must fill out this Borang Kebenaran/Penamatan Potongan Gaji Simpan SSPN Prime / Simpan SSPN Plus. Each new application will cancel the old application. Click here for the manual application form.
- Please make sure the salary deduction is terminated first before the application for closing the Simpan SSPN Prime / Simpan SSPN Plus account is submitted.
- Make sure that all required details are filled in completely and accurately. The completed form must be submitted to any PTPTN counter.
