Apakah aplikasi myPTPTN?

myPTPTN is a mobile application that offers online PTPTN services such as check loan statements, loan repayments, check Simpan SSPN statements, account opening and adding Simpan SSPN deposits as well as salary deduction and Direct Debit applications for loan repayments and Simpan SSPN.

App myPTPTN dilengkapi dengan eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) iaitu proses mengesahkan dan mengekalkan rekod identiti pelanggan yang diiktiraf oleh Bank Negara Malaysia sebagai salah satu kunci keselamatan transaksi digital. Pelanggan hendaklah membuat pendaftaran dan pengesahan pengenalan diri melalui Kad Pengenalan dan foto yang perlu diambil semasa pengesahan dibuat. Pelanggan tidak boleh membuat semakan penyata atau pindahan sekiranya tidak membuat pengesahan identiti eKYC tersebut.

Apakah syarat untuk mendaftar myPTPTN?

Users must be Malaysian Citizens aged 18 (and above) and have a valid phone number and email address for registration verification purposes.

Adakah pendaftaran boleh menggunakan No Kad Pengenalan Polis/ Tentera/ Pasport?

No, registration can only be done using Identity Card Number (NRIC).
