Here are the simple steps to make loan repayments using the myPTPTN app :
Step 1:
Download the myPTPTN app here. Then log in the myPTPTN app.
Step 2:
Click Loan Payment.
Step 3:
Enter your National ID number and select an account. Click NEXT.
Step 4:
Borrower information will be displayed. Please check it first. If correct, click NEXT.
Step 5 :
Enter the payment amount and click OK.
Step 6 :
Enter the PTPTN Executive Code (if none, can be dismissed).
Step 7 :
Then, click Payment Options to select a payment type.
Step 8 :
If you choose the FPX method, please select the bank you want to use for the refund process.
Step 9 :
Click APPROVED & PAY
Step 10 :
Congratulations. You have successfully made loan repayments. Click DONE.
Step 11 :
Transaction information will be displayed. You can click DONE or PRINT RECEIPT.
