As an agency under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), PTPTN plays a vital role in supporting the Government’s aspiration to make quality higher education accessible to Malaysians from all walks of life. As of 30 November 2025, PTPTN has provided a total of RM77.41 billion in education financing to 4.26 million borrowers, reflecting its continued commitment to empowering students and nurturing a highly skilled, competitive graduate workforce.
It is equally important for borrowers to play their part by making consistent loan repayments. Every repayment not only helps borrowers manage their financial commitments more effectively but also ensures that education funding remains available to support future generations of students.
As part of this commitment, PTPTN organised Bulan Mesra Pelanggan PTPTN 2025 at PTPTN state offices and branches nationwide from 1 November to 15 December 2025. The programme was later extended until 31 December 2025, in line with the extension of the Lestari Pendidikan campaign. This initiative provided borrowers with the opportunity to discuss their repayment options, seek financial advice and manage their loan repayments more conveniently, while encouraging responsible financial management.

- Make a loan repayment of 20% of the outstanding arrears or RM500, whichever is higher.

- Get assistance with managing your finances through loan restructuring, loan consolidation, conversion to Ujrah, and future financial planning with Simpan SSPN.
- Receive an exclusive PTPTN gift, available to the first 20 customers.
- Stand a chance to win exciting prizes through a lucky draw, with every RM500 in loan repayments qualifying for one entry.
