The National Higher Education Fund Corporation has organized myPTPTN Anytime, Anywhere! Campaign which took place from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025. The campaign aimed to encourage the use of myPTPTN as the primary digital platform for managing education loan repayments in a more convenient, faster, and secure manner. This approach is in line with PTPTN’s aspiration to offer services that are more accessible and customer-friendly.
Throughout the campaign period, it received an overwhelmingly positive response from myPTPTN users. This clearly demonstrates the strong support of Malaysians towards PTPTN’s digital service initiatives, while also raising awareness about the convenience of online access without the need to visit physical counters.
In addition to the convenience of not having to visit the counter, the use of myPTPTN also offers users advantages in terms of time management and more efficient transactions. Indirectly, this campaign also helps raise awareness about the benefits of PTPTN’s digital system in assisting borrowers to manage their education loans consistently.
