Payment Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (PayNet) organized the Kempen Pembayaran Tanpa Tunai Cashless Boleh Siri 2 in collaboration with the Malaysian Ministry of Finance (MOF) to encourage people to use e-payment or cashless as the primary method.
To join this campaign, the government agency’s customers must make payments through e-payment transactions such as MyDebit, FPX, JomPAY, DirectDebit, or DuitNow QR at any government agency counter, online banking or mobile phone within the campaign period starting 1 December 2021 until 31 Mei 2022.
This campaign offers cash prizes worth RM1 Million for 100 winners as follows:

The use of cashless payment is in line with the digitalization inspiration of the Government through Rangka Tindakan Ekonomi Digital Malaysia or MyDigital, which outlines various strategies to catalyze a transformation of Malaysia to be a digitized economy and cashless society. This effort is to raise the quality of Government services through more superficial, efficient, and safer payment methods.
