How can a loan repayment overpayment occur?
An overpayment occurs when the total amount you have paid exceeds the actual loan amount. This can happen due to the following reasons:
- Continued salary deductions after the loan has been fully repaid
- Additional manual payments made without checking the latest loan balance
However, you can only claim this overpayment through myPTPTN.
