Question 1:
I was permitted to defer repayment. Will I be eligible for Ujrah?

Answer:
 Borrowers who have been permitted to defer repayment are eligible for Ujrah.


Question 2:
 
Even after being offered Ujrah, I am still unable to make repayments. Will I be permitted to defer repayment once again?

Answer:
 The borrower may submit an application for deferment. However, the outcome of the application is subject to the discretion of PTPTN.


Question 3:
I have been subjected to enforcement action, but have yet to be imposed with court action. Am I eligible to apply for and accept this offer?

Answer:
 The borrower is eligible to accept Ujrah after settling the arrears and any other enforcement costs imposed on him. To enable an offer to be made, the borrower must notify PTPTN after payment has been made.


Question 4:
  Should I continue with repayments during the period Ujrah is offered?

Answer:
 The borrower is required to continue to make repayments. Any repayment will be adjusted in the Ujrah funding account.


Question 5:
 
I have already started making repayments through salary deduction through the Inland Revenue Board. What will happen to my salary deduction?

Answer:
 PTPTN will make amendments to the amount of salary deduction with the Inland Revenue Board. The relevant information will also be given to the employer and the borrower.
