Starting from Monday, 26th of Feb 2007, PTPTN One Stop Center has been opened at the following address :

Unit 1 & 2A, 2B,
 Level 2, Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur
 50470 Kuala Lumpur
PTPTN One Stop Center will provide the following services : -
  • Queries and Complaints;
  • Consultation;
  • Loan Settlement;
  • SSPN Account Opening;
  • SSPN Deposits; and
  • Internet services for easy access to PTPTN online applications. 
Operation Hours - 8.30am to 5.00pm. Daily, except weekends and public holidays.
