Question 1:
How do I notify PTPTN about changes to my address and details?

Answer:
Update of personal details can be made by filling in Changes to Particulars Form available at the PTPTN counter / Student Affairs Department of the institute concerned / PTPTN official website or by writing an official letter to PTPTN.

Question 2:
I have lost my offer document. How do I obtain another copy?

Answer:
Fill in the PTPTN Loan Agreement Document Re-application Form (for EPF Withdrawal) from the PTPTN website, enclose RM90 in the form of money order or bank draft and send it to PTPTN. PTPTN will take 7 working days to process the application and resend the agreement document to the students through POS LAJU.

Question 3:
How do I obtain a copy of the agreement? I have yet to receive it. Is it possible my letter was returned to PTPTN as I have moved?

Answer:
You can check with PTPTN whether the document was returned to its Agreement Unit counter (9^th Floor) or fill in the Loan / Financing (Original) Agreement Application Returned by Pos Malaysia to PTPTN Form from the PTPTN website, attach a self-addressed A4 Pos Ekspres envelope and mail it to PTPTN.

Question4:
If I am unable to go personally to obtain a copy of the PTPTN loan agreement, can I delegate someone else to collect it?

Answer:
PTPTN allows parents or siblings to collect on your behalf. If the representative is someone else, you must write an official letter stating the name and identity card number of the representative or fill in the Loan / Financing (Original) Agreement Application Returned by Pos Malaysia to PTPTN Form from the PTPTN website. Your signature on the form must be the same as the signature in the agreement when you first applied.

Question5:
Before I signed the offer document, I found discrepancies between the course I was taking and the information stated in the loan offer letter. Can I amend the offer letter?

Answer:
No. All information printed in the education financing offer is based on the application information filled in by the student. No amendment is allowed in the PTPTN loan / financing letter of offer. In this instance, you should reject the offer and submit a new application.
