Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) are committed in managing education loans to students, receiving deposits for savings scheme and other functions according to Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional Act 1997 (Act 566) professionally and with high and effective accountability.

We vow :

1. To process complete applications within 5 working days after closing date of the application according to respective batches;
2. To display new loan disbursement results on the first working day after the final date of application processing;
3. To ensure loan disbursement to new students are completed within 21 working days after the acceptance of complete agreement documents;
4. To ensure next loan disbursement are completed within 7 working days from the date of disbursement process;
5. To process request for SSPN account opening within 14 working days after the acceptance of complete application documents;
   
6. To process request to withdraw the SSPN deposit within 14 working days after the acceptance of complete application documents; and
   
7. To give immediate responses to all customer queries/complaints within 7 working days after receipt of the queries/complaints.
