The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) is committed to manage education financing, savings and other functions in accordance to the National Higher Education Fund Corporation Act 1997 (Act 566) with high level of professionalism, accountability and effectiveness.
We pledge to:
- Process completed financing applications within 5 working days from the closing date according to the prsecribed groups;
- Display results of the financing applocations next day after the processing date;
- Ensure the first financing disbursment made within 21 working days after the completed agreement documents has been received;
- Ensure the subsequent disbursement made within 7 working days from the disbursement processing date;
- Process the the application of SSPN account opening within 14 working days from receipt of the completed application documents;
- Process withdrawals of SSPN deposit within 14 working days from receipt of the completed form; and
