W3C DISABILITY ACCESS
PTPTN provides access for the disabled to browse our web.
Users With Vision Loss / Loss of Sight
For users with vision loss / loss of sight, W3C access can be used by doing these simple steps below :
- Download the Page-Reader Bar from here.
- Before you can use this component you have to install MS Speech API. If you use Windows2000, most likely, your system already has the necessary components.
- You also need at least one Speech engine installed. Speech engine is a "voice" that can be male or female, and can speak English or French or any other language.
